Who we are
Whispr is a trading name of BuildFlow Angelika Kotarba, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, which is the controller of the personal data described here. We work with clients in Ireland, the UK and the EU. Our contact address for data questions is hello@whispr.marketing.
What we collect
When you send a brief we collect the business and contact details you enter in the form, and our email provider, Resend, delivers them to our inbox and sends you one confirmation that we received them. When you visit the site, Vercel, which hosts it, counts the pages viewed without cookies and without identifying you. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads also record the pages you view and whether you sent a brief, under a pseudonymous identifier.
If we contacted you first
We write to businesses whose work matches ours. We take the business name and a business email address from public sources, such as the company website or a business directory, and use them only to offer our services to that business, on the basis of our legitimate interest. You can object at any time by replying "no" or writing to hello@whispr.marketing: we stop at once and keep only your address on a do-not-contact list, so that you are not contacted again.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries. We do not sell data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Project records are kept for six years for accounting purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@whispr.marketing and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie panel, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Google may process this data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent the site sets no cookies.
