Integration scope
Connecting to one external API is 4-8 hours. Handling multiple data sources (bank + marketplace + ERP) is a multiple - and that is what drives the gap between 2,000 EUR and 8,000 EUR.
State of existing code
A greenfield project is faster to scope than taking over an existing codebase with unknown technical debt. Before giving a price, I review your existing code if you have one.
Data requirements
Historical import, data migration, high-volume processing (e.g. 433 KSeF invoices) - each adds measurable time. I tell you exactly how much and why.
Compliance complexity
KSeF v2 integrations, GDPR, ECDSA/XAdES digital signatures - I build these; but they have real delivery time that goes into the price.

Wix / Squarespace is cheaper - why not use a builder?
Builders are brochures. I build systems: booking flows, automations, integrations with real data sources. You own all the code and hosting - no platform lock-in, no subscription, full control. The price is lower; the quality is not.
You are a solo operator - what happens to my project if your priorities change?
Standard, widely-used stack (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel) - any developer can pick it up. The code and hosting are yours from day one. Instead of a junior at a 20-person agency, you get undivided senior attention.
There is a big gap between 2,000 EUR and 8,000 EUR - what justifies the Command Center price?
A website replaces a conversation. A Command Center replaces repeating processes - chasing data, coordinating teams, building reports by hand. A system that eliminates even part of that work pays for itself in months.
If AI is generating the code, can the software be trusted?
I design the architecture, review every line, and own the outcome. AI accelerates the writing the way Excel accelerates an accountant. Every project is tested, reviewed, and live in production - the running systems are the proof.
Who owns the code after the project is done?
You do. The code is in your GitHub repository from day one. Infrastructure runs on your accounts (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe). You cannot be locked out - that is why I do not use per-seat licences or SaaS agreements.
How does payment work?
Milestone-based payments: deposit at the start, payments at mid-point and end of each phase. No monthly retainer for a standard project - the care plan is the only optional subscription.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. I work remotely and serve clients across the EU. Communication in Polish and English. Quotes and invoices in EUR.
Is there a minimum project size?
The minimum is a Website from 2,000 EUR. Below that budget there is no sensible scope or stack to offer - a builder would serve you better.
