From call to shipped software
Three steps. Fixed price. You work directly with the engineer who builds.
// step 01
Qualifying call - free, 20 minutes
What happens
I learn about your problem, scope, and budget - no pitch. I ask technical questions: what you have now, what is not working, what you want to achieve. If it is not a good fit, I will tell you straight on the call.
What the client provides
A description of the problem or goal. An approximate budget. A list of existing systems that need to integrate (if any).
Outcome
Either a follow-up scoping call, or an honest statement that the project is not a fit - and a pointer to who might suit better.
// step 02
Scoped proposal - fixed price
What happens
I write a proposal with: exact scope (what is in and what is NOT in), milestones with dates, a locked price, and payment terms. You receive this before signing anything.
What the client provides
Access to existing systems (staging/dev, not production) if needed for scope assessment. Acceptance or negotiation of the scope - scope changes change the price.
Outcome
A written proposal: scope, milestones, price, exclusions, terms. No obligation to sign.
// step 03
Delivery - milestones, code handover
What happens
I build to the agreed scope. Each milestone is a working, deployed increment - not just code in a repository. You get access to the repo and deployment from day one.
What the client provides
Timely feedback on each milestone (typically 3-5 business days). Access to accounts (Vercel, Supabase, domain) to deploy on your infrastructure.
Outcome
A working system on your infrastructure. GitHub repository in your account. Developer documentation. Optional care plan for maintenance and expansion.
Optional care plan
After the project ends, you can add a care plan: monitoring, fixes, small expansions. Rates depend on the tier: 200-1,500 EUR/mo. No long-term commitment - cancel with one month's notice.

20 minutes. No pitch. If it is not a fit, I will tell you that on the call.
Questions about the process
How quickly do you respond during a project?
Within one business day. I work remotely so communication is asynchronous - but I do not disappear. Milestones have specific dates and I hold to them.
Can I add features during the project?
Yes, but scope changes change the price. Every additional requirement is quoted and added to the contract as an amendment - no surprises on the final invoice.
What happens if something does not work after delivery?
Bugs caused by my code are fixed at no charge for 30 days after delivery. Bugs caused by external APIs or client-side requirement changes are a separate quote.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Projects are priced as one-time fixed-price engagements - no subscription. The care plan is optional and monthly; it can be cancelled with one month's notice.
